A supplementary strength and conditioning class for Teens and Adults

MuDo Fitness is a 1-hour class consisting of 10 exercise drills, all 3 minutes in length.

 

Each cardio and fitness drill emphasizes Function, Adaptability, and Resiliency to help improve physical fitness for the dynamic movement of everyday life.

One-Hour Fitness Class

Ages 14 and up

Tuesdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Sundays at 12:45pm - 1:45pm

All MuDo Fitness classes are only $10/per class,

paid at the door
 

​

First class is a free trial for all participants

​

​

Program is Free for all current MuDo Teens and Adults students with 2-classes per week memberships or higher

​

​

MuDo Uniforms Not Required

Only regular exercise clothes are needed.

Cardio and Core Work

  • Jump rope
     

  • Medicine ball-toss sit-ups
     

  • Sprints and bear crawls
     

Bag Work

  • Punches and kicks
     

  • Knee-strikes
     

  • Bag push 
     

Obstacle Drills

  • 4 strikes (punches and kicks) to bags
     

  • 10 medicine ball lunges 
     

  • 5 pull-ups
     

  • 1 rope swing
     

  • 4 mat stack jumps 
     

  • ​Repeat sequence for 3 minutes
