
A supplementary strength and conditioning class for Teens and Adults
MuDo Fitness is a 1-hour class consisting of 10 exercise drills, all 3 minutes in length.
Each cardio and fitness drill emphasizes Function, Adaptability, and Resiliency to help improve physical fitness for the dynamic movement of everyday life.

One-Hour Fitness Class
Ages 14 and up

Tuesdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Sundays at 12:45pm - 1:45pm

paid at the door

First class is a free trial for all participants

Program is Free for all current MuDo Teens and Adults students with 2-classes per week memberships or higher

MuDo Uniforms Not Required!
Only regular exercise clothes are needed.
