THE PROGRAM
The MuDo Fit 10-Weeks Program targets total body workout emphasizing core and functional strength. Each 1-hour class is structured as a series of timed station drills based in kicking, striking, and skilled exercises used in MuDo Martial Arts classes.

Each cardio and fitness drill emphasizes Function, Adaptability, and Resiliency to help improve physical fitness for the dynamic movement of everyday life.

No martial arts experience or uniforms required. For Adults and Teens.
